Returns
Money back guarantee
The products sold on Manifattura Ceccarelli are covered by a "money-back" guarantee. To make a return, you must contact our Customer Service and agree on the details of the replacement or return.
In general, however, these are the return rules :
- You have 14 days from the moment you receive the package to send a return request.
- Returned products can be replaced or refunded only.
- The package must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and label, and in the same protective box in which you received it.
- Generally, risks and costs associated with returning the item are borne by us for Italy and European Union countries, and by you for other countries. However, if the reason for the return is caused by our error (non-compliant item, defective item, etc.), after verification by the seller, the return costs will be borne by us for any destination.
- Refund: once we have checked that everything complies with the return request, we proceed to re-credit the amount due. In the following 48 hours, up to a maximum of 30 days, you will be able to see the amount paid on your credit card statement or on your PayPal account.
- We do not accept returns made without the seller's authorization or which do not meet the aforementioned requirements.
Return procedure
- Send the replacement or return request to our Customer Service, indicating the order number and the products codes you intend replace or return.
- Prepare the package with the products you want to replace or return. Remember that the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and label, and in the same protective box in which you received it.
- If your destination is Italy or a country in the European Union, you will not have additional costs. We will arrange a collection with our courier at the address and date you have provided. If your destination is a country that is not part of the European Union, transport and payment of duties will be at your expense. These will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. In the event that it is an exchange of goods, the item to be replaced will be refunded via the payment method used, deducting the costs relating to customs duties; the customer will then have to place a second order for the new item. For anything not reported here, refer to the general conditions of sale reported at the bottom of the homepage.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will ensure that everything is in accordance with the procedures and will notify you by email if your return has been accepted (and therefore you will have a refund or replacement), or rejected. In the latter case, we will send the returned products back to you.
In case of replacement, the deadlines for returning products are the same as the first shipment. Generally we ship within one or two working days for items already in stock and within 10-20 working days for items to be produced. About two or three working days must be added to this time for courier delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are made only once the conformity of the product and packaging has been verified.
The refund will be made to your credit / debit card or PayPal account:
- Credit / debit card: your bank can take up to 30 days to refund the amount. You can request a statement of your card transactions to view the credit.
- PayPal: the credit is available in your PayPal account within 48 hours after the credit note has been issued.
